  I was not interested in trading in my 2015 Longhorn at all when Rae from Redwater called. I did listen to her though and she let me know there were some really good deals to be had on the 2018’s at the time. Rae helped me search their site for any vehicles I may be interested in. At no time was I pressured or felt uncomfortable dealing with her. We managed to get all the paperwork done over the phone and through emails since we live almost a 4 hour drive away. We made the drive down and finished off the paperwork with David who was probably the most open and honest finance person I have ever met at a dealership. We received a fair price for our trade in and were given everything promised. I highly recommend this dealership for their sales personnel as well as the service people since I’ve had a few of my other vehicles in previously for work with no hitches at all. We were there for a few hours and I did not see any unhappy customers, except for the guy whining about the music being too loud.(Really)

  Great service. It’s worth the drive for wherever you are coming from. 10 dollar oil change is great. You can’t even change your own for that much. And quick service and friendly..

  Most excellent people! We showed up with no notice on our way from Red Deer to Cold Lake. Zach in the service department was super friendly and easy to deal with, very welcoming. My truck was having problems and they got it in almost right away. The service manager Matt offered to lend us a car to go for lunch, but when we told him we needed to get to Cold Lake he let us take the car! Unreal generosity, no charge, and we returned the car after the dealership was closed. My truck was waiting for us, ready to go when we got back. A great experience, thank you guys so much!

  If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle whether new or used I highly recommend Redwater Dodge. It was another great experience after purchasing my second new vehicle through them. Great service and great atmosphere. Quick and efficient. Special thank you to Anna and the finance department for working so hard.
